James Philyaw comes from a lineage of business owners originating from Cuba. His father particularly coming from Cuba moved to New York and quickly became and engineer where he designed the now name tags the military uses. After he moved to Orlando Florida to pursue construction, he became a General Contractor where he received The Key To The City for becoming the first hispanic commercial and residential developer. His hard work, honesty and dedication became a household name. James being by his side everyday whether on the construction site or in the office learned from a young age what it meant to be successful with hard work, dedication and honesty. James runs his business with those same principles. That's why Philyaw Services was created. James felt that those simple qualities were disappearing in todays world. James loves what he does and wants to share that with all his clients. Philyaw Services specializes primarily in painting and pressure washing. They also provide other services such as small tree removal, demo, and trash haul. They are also licensed and insured.
