I utilized Phoenix to build my house in Chicago. It was not a small job, over $2.0 million. Soon after we moved in things started going wrong. A partial listing would be massonary leeks, concrete reinforcements called out in the plans not installed causing brick walls to sag, stuffing plastic, garbage bags behind sheet metal work instead of proper insulation, roof leeks, bad finish painting, 64 Pella windows installed incorrectly, walls that were to be insulated had no insulation in them. You name it it was done wrong. Dan Dickson managed the program he comes across as a nice guy and on your side but cheats you during the process.
Unfortunately we used Phoenix and Dan on a shopping center development too. Very similar results. Unfortunately the projects were going on at the same time. Do not use this contractor the quality is horrible and they do not stand by their work.
