    I hired David Michael Development to do a job for me in 2018, all though I was happy with the end result, problems arose and I had to have them come and fix those issues. They had an employee that I had issues with(extremely bad work ethics and he bad mouthed David) when I requested that he not come to my home I was ignored by David and he was sent to my home regardless of my request. I’ve had issues that have been ignored by David sense the project. When I requested a resolve I was ignored until recently, I was told there was no warranty so I guess I’m out of luck!

    What a disappointment. Tom Stuart came to replace an electrical outlet which was necessary. During the height of the pandemic, he quoted one amount, came in with his under-study, to replace the outlet while I was in the adjacent room. He boasted to his under-study that he could “charge people whatever he wanted at this time, and they just don’t care, I can get away with anything”. He was in my home for no more than 25 - 30 minutes, Shield removed, mask off, as he felt nobody was watching or caring. When he was done, he proclaimed that he “came up against some things that required some extra work and the fee was now $300.00 rather than $200.00. A liar, a cheat, and a horrible human being to boast about cheating people during the pandemic.

    Kitchen remodel

    They came-took measurements and said they will get back to me in a few days with a bid. 34 days later! I had to call them to find out why I haven't heard from them. Their response was "my apologies you fell through the cracks". I do not wish to start a partnership with remodeling company if I "fall through the cracks." I require a commitment and professional service.

    My brother first utilized his services back when we llived in West Hills the first time.
    Then, we continued to call on him at each subsequent house thereafter which has totaled (6) different homes between our combined households!
    I have hired NUMEROUS contractors over the years and have found that NONE of them are as fair, as professional, as integrous or as reliable as JMS is.
    I have recommended him to EVERY person in my life and there's no one that I trust more to get the job done!

    very disreputable ! they incorrectly covered our microwave with their slipshod work! when our microwave had to be replaced they refused to fix their work unless we paid for them to come out. after repeat calls to them from my wife with no satisfactory. they said were tired of dealing with you. Small Claims is next!
