I couldn't be happier with Preferred Construction. They came, gave me an estimate, started my project sooner than originally projected, completed on time with quality. They also provided an Electrician resulting in a shortened the project duration. They took care to cover peripherals and hauled away all materials. Fantastic communication. Loved the payment options. I highly recommend this company!

They need to spend more attention to details. Clean grout lines, painting. They where kind and friendly. Anything I saw as a problem they corrected. I just felt the could have seen the imperfections on their own and fixed it before it was shown to me.
The job took the solid three weeks. The room looks great. -

I want to show you the before and after pics of my remodel, its absolutely amazing. I appreciate the communication and help through the whole process. From the first day I called preferred construction they responded fast. They let me know they start date was about 30 days away, this gave me time to shop for the perfect tile. After finding exactly all the items that were perfect for my bathroom, they started. Once started they were in and out in one an half weeks. Just like Carlos stated they finished on time, and the work is amazing. I want t thank Carlos and every one at Preferred Construction, for doing such an amazing job. 5 Stars

They show up on time call the day before to confirm, most importantly they were in and out completed the bathroom in 9 days. Many people I've spoken to have told me 3-8 weeks with other contractors in the area. Very professional and honest, the work completed looks amazing.

On time they did every thing they said, the quality of work is the best I've ever seen. I would recommend them highly, they have made our family very happy. We love our new kitchen and renovated bathrooms.

Preferred Construction did an amazing job on my recent kitchen and master bathroom remodel. Quality work at an honest price, I couldn't ask for anything more. I love new spacious kitchen as well as my new walk in shower. I would highly recommend Preferred to all my friends and family members. With that being said, I am looking forward to starting my hallway bathroom remodel with preferred in the near future. 5 STARS!!!!!!!

Preferred Construction does quality work. Their salesman assisted us all through the process. Their work looks great. Any concerns or questions I had they were there to answer. I highly recommend Preferred Construction for any project in your home.

These guys were the best value for quality I experienced out of several other quotes.
I choose PC due to local city official referral.
So not disappointed in fact, I referred these guys afterwards on to another project which was a success.
Very polite, professional,returns calls immediately and follows up. Gives opportunity for lengthy time feedbacks & explains step by step process.
