Great job!! Premier's installers was on time and professional in the replacement of our air condition unit. The workmanship was superb and the supervisor (Chris) gave us an additional 17% off for our military service. I highly recommend Premier Mechanical Systems!

We found this company on craigslist. He states in his ad he accepts credit cards. When we made the appointment, we told him we would be paying with a credit card. Both our A.C. unit needed to be looked at. Since we were paying a service fee, we asked him to look at both our units over the phone. After he fixed the downstairs unit, he said he had another appointment and did not have time to look at the other unit. (he was on the phone constantly) When it came time to pay him with my credit card, he claimed he did not have his credit card machine. I then offered him a check and he would not accept that. The owner of the company (K. Williams) the owner is who we were dealing with. He wanted us to pay cash, and when I asked for an invoice and a receipt for my payment, he said he had no way to write a receipt and he would mail the invoice. He stood outside my home and called me from his cell phone and yelled and screamed at me accusing me of not wanting to pay him. I told him at that point, to have his office email me an invoice and I would gladly pay it with my credit card over the phone. As soon as they emailed the invoice, I called their office and paid it. Then they sent me a paid receipt. The invoice had a one year warranty written on it. My air conditioner broke down 3 months later, in September 20015. We called Mr. Williams and set up an appointment under the warranty. He did not show up. He did not answer his phone. We left several messages. They never called us back. I had to pay another company to come service my air conditioner. I filed a complain with the BBB to get my money back and he told a bunch of lies about what happened. Now we are taking him to court for all he has put me through. Now he says he has an A+ rating from the BBB. Please do your home work before spending your hard earned money.

Premier Mechanical is an excellent company to call for air condition repairs. He repaired my mother's heat pump after normal business hours and charged her less than what most company charge for regular time repair. Great job!
