    Absolutely THE WORST company to deal with. I live in Spyglass Hill Condos in Ashland where the property management company, Sterling Services Inc, hired Prime Touch Services of Natick ( http://primetouch.net ) to seal our decks. When they did this they covered my brand new car with sealer overspray. It took me 1/2 hour to scrape the overspray off the windshield so I could drive the car to the dealership body shop to have it looked at. Fortunately the sealer overspray was able to be removed by chemicals and buffing. Upon submitting the bill from the dealer for $299.00 to Mike Leahy @ Prime Touch Services I was told it would be reimbursed. That was the last time I heard from Mike Leahy... I called and emailed multiple times but never got any response. My calls to Phyllis McDonald at Sterling Services Inc, the property management company, were answered with irritation and unwillingness to help. So here I am... out $299.00 because of a company that does shoddy careless work and the company that hired them. Honestly I wouldn't even give them 1 star but there is no other option. Hopefully this review will make someone think twice about hiring a company that treats people this way.
