We have a warranty with PRS since our HOA chose them to work on our roofs. You will probably ask if they upheld the warranty, but I would be unable to answer that question since I have called them on three separate occasions and they have never returned my call. The last time I called I was directed to Norma's voice mail in which she stated she would return my call within 24 hours. That was one week ago. I guess with the change in the clocks with daylight saving she thought it literally gave more hours in a day. Don't waste your time with them!!!!
