We are a design and construction firm offering responsive, conscientious solutions out of our rural Westchester NY studio and atelier.
We thrive on new and unusual design challenges, from complete buildings and development of virgin sites to rehabilitation of historic buildings. From small houses and apartments to retail and hospitality environments, all with custom details that distinguish them from the ordinary.

Because we stay involved in every step of the development of unique spaces from conception to completion, we prefer to keep our project load to a minimum. In this way we maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to our clients’ needs.

We scale up or down in crew depending on project scale and location; A community center in a Peruvian village, or a townhouse in the West Village? Rehab of a Byzantine home on a Greek island, or an energy efficient contemporary on Long Island? We’re up to the challenge.
