Same issues with this company as in other reviews. 2 years into a signed contract and all we have is a cement hole and they have totally abandoned completion. Unethical, decietful company. Matt Polich and Jay McFarlan have zero integrity.

Jason (Jay) McFarlin and Matt Polich take your money and are non-responsive after that. We signed our contract in June of 2020, and our project has yet to be completed. They have all of our money and are nowhere to be found. The only responsive person is the maintenance manager, Ken Skippergosh and his maintenance team. The problem is that we're told they are 2 separate entities and they can't control what happens on the construction side. We're still missing our pool cover, lights, spa covers, vacuum and filter that have been paid in full for MONTHS. It's not worth the money and stress to have to chase these people down to finish a project that you spend so much money on. The sales and construction departments are crooked and are just terrible business people overall!

My project started 9 weeks ago after about 18 months of working through permits etc (That wasn’t their fault) when we got the permit this year (February) Quantus said ... good news we got in before too many other permits and because we paid our deposit almost 2 years ago we would be a priority !!! Fast forward 9 weeks after start, there is never a single communication that I don’t stArt, I have been told atleast 3 Times (we are an easy pool be should be fast) and yet 9 weeks in and only 6 days of actual work they are deep into atleast 5 new pools per social and emails and no one has done anything here because “contractual obligations “ I think we all have the same contract, right?
