Jason at Freedom pools installed our pool in our new build. The initial process was fine, and what I would call typical for a pool builder in Arizona. We did however mention an area near where our raised hot tub, connects to the pool, that it looked wet, and suspected we had a leak. This idea was absurd, so being 1st time pool owners we assumed we were just imaging and the water was coming from somewhere else. Fast forward 3.5 years, we added some pavers and the pavers near the "leaky" spot had to be removed to match. Low and behold, out of swim season, no splashing or irrigation, and the sand beneath was still VERY wet. We clearly have a leak and I've no left 4 messages, 4 emails, and 4 texts, and Jason has gone silent. This after we've referred MANY people to him over the years, and gotten a lot of compliments on our pool, which we appreciate - but if it can't hold water, well...

I would not recommend Integrity Pools and Spas to anyone! We started our project with Mr Dircks in Aug 2017. It started off okay a few delays here and there, but nothing to alarm you that there were more problems to come. In October we finally had more work being done off and on, we had the decking started and the shot crete was finally put in. Some but not all of the landscaping was installed, I had to call and text repeatedly just to get simple answers. We were promised repeatedly that he was working with a plumber to get our pool equipment installed and the electrical completed. For over a month we texted back and forth and when he did answer it was minimal information at best! Finally in February we had had enough of no work and little to no communication! Having paid Mr Dircks in January the remainder of the money due for the project, by February we were done! We fired Mr Dircks and asked him for a refund for the work he never completed! Through text messages he agreed to make payments on our money that he had already collected back in January. As of today we have not received any of the money owed to us We have had to seek legal representation and even doing that has not encouraged Mr Dircks to do the right thing and refund the money he collected for work he did not complete. I hope this review will help keep someone from the mess we are in.

Gary Dircks doesn't care about his clients! If you want to be treated like excrement this is the guy for you. Gary Dircks does not have any scruples who he threats this way, even us, his neighbors here at Anthem Country Club.
Look else where! I cannot express enough how frustrating and stressful this entire process has been on us. And he doesn't care one bit how the construction process disrupts your quality of life.
Our project has been very poorly managed. Else wise it would be finished by now. Communicating with Gary Dircks is very difficult. He would only provide partial answer on status at any given time and would ignore the rest of the questions. He does not communicate well with his foreman/superintendent and aspects of the projects are not done correctly due to that. He would give us a schedule and miss it often.
We signed a contract on June 21, 2017 and provided the deposit. We were told by his sales guy Mike Erickson the project was suppose to take 3 months, maybe 5 months at the most. Our Pool has been in construction since June 2017 and still going on.....11 MONTHS!!
If you ask around about him you will hear people say "he takes forever but he does good work".....I say he better do good work for the thousands of dollars people pay him to do his job! Nothing else should be acceptable. That statement should not be considered the silver lining in this circus show.
I will post an update on how he treats us the rest of the way......stay tuned.
Note: look him up on AZROC.GOV and BBB

I had a great experience with Freedom Pools. The project came in on budget and within the discussed timeframe. The design was great and I didn’t have any trouble except one issue with a pipe getting punctured accidentally. When I noticed the slow leak, Freedom Pools had it addressed the same day. I would certainly recommend Freedom Pools.
