After working with his father at a young age on the family home along with six duplex's which his father owned, Rick acquired his contractor's license at the age of 22. He became a Licensed General Building Contractor in 1974, and began his professional career in the building industry.
Rick worked in the federal contracting industry for 10 years and successfully completed major contracts for the United States Navy, Air Force, Army, National Guard and US Marines. Following his work in federal contracting, he went into home remodeling and land development. One of his first land projects started in 1978 with the construction of 12 single-family homes in San Diego.
Today his company has grown to include construction of multi-family homes, apartment building complexes, and custom home remodeling projects both large and small.
