Rad Designs, owned and operated by Eric Blodnikar is a full-service, design-focused architecture and design firm that is committed to design excellence as well as client satisfaction. Collaboration between designer, client and contractor are core fundamentals to a successful project outcome that rad designs strives to achieve no matter the project type and size.
Project experience includes office (base building and interiors), residential (single and multi-family), retail, entertainment, landscape design, and product design.
The firm’s most recent work focuses on residential renovations, single family rowhouse conversions, light commercial and multi-family projects located in the Washington DC area. Although we are always looking to expand upon our knowledge base a take on new challenges.
