Radermccary Construction

RADERMcCARY was founded in 2018 by Walton Rader and John McCary. Walton and John grew up together in Birmingham, AL and later reconnected while pursuing Building Science degrees at Auburn University.

Upon graduation, Walton moved to Houston, Texas to start his career in commercial general contracting with the opportunity to manage projects consisting of higher education, retail developments, as well as low and high-rise multifamily. During that same time John moved back to Birmingham and started his career focusing on the preconstruction of design/build warehouse & distribution, mixed use multifamily, and tenant improvement projects. The combined body of work by these two not only spans multiple sectors of construction, but also numerous states throughout the Country.

RADERMcCARY strongly believes in training the team to understand our client’s perspective in order to meet their needs while providing the best value to their project. Our mission is to fully understand our client’s business, budget, and schedule to provide creative solutions to assist in their growth and success.
