We've been in business for over 50 years designing homes to the specifications of our clients whether they be Professional Builders and Contractors or Individuals desiring to build their Dream Home. It doesn't matter if you want a small home or "Parent's Quarters", Detached Garage, Pool House, Vacation Home, or a regular single family home, small or large, we can help you get your thoughts on paper so that your builder can build your dreams. We have stock plans from about 400 sq. ft. up to about 10,000 sq. ft. We even have some 'Tiny House' plans that are in development. Whatever you can dream, we can help that dream become reality. Our Stock Plan files contain Single Family Homes, Duplexes, Apartments and some Commercial Buildings and Churches. We also finish out Retail Bays.
