Ralph Wytcherley - I wouldn't trust this owner. He made a commitment. I originally called Ralph around August of 2022. The first call was cordial as I told him I received his name from a mutual person. I explained that I was looking for fill dirt and decomposed Granite for my new property. I told him I would pay for the material and his fuel for delivery. He said yes that wouldn't be a problem but it may take a few months. I told him that I was on his time and whenever he got around to it I would pay him. Over the next 3 to 4 months, I called him and texted him at least once a month. He never returned one call not did he respond to one of my texts. On 01/03/23, I tried him again from my cell phone and there was no answer. I decided to call from my desk phone (1st time) and he immediately picked up. This tells me he had no intention of helping me. When he picked up he was surprised it was me and by the end of the conversation (maybe a minute) At that point I knew he wasn't going to help me. The reason I am frustrated and honestly upset is because he committed and I wasted from August until now when I could have been looking elsewhere if he was only HONEST with me.
