This was an unusual situation because the owner of Ram24, Vince Ramirez, died two weeks after the start of our contract. Beyond that tragedy, this experience could have been bad in a lot of ways. Fortunately, Jose Valenzuela, Vince’s business partner stepped up to take over the Ram24 contract and finish our project. Mr Valenzuela performed exceptionally well and did beautiful work. I recommend working with him.

Vince was availability 24/7 and kept us informed during all phases of the project. He and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. They finished ahead of schedule and within budget. I already recommended them to my coworkers and will continue to recommend them to others.

Project was a small remodel of a bathroom. Workers showed up on time and got right at it. Work was done quickly and professionally, and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. I recommend Ram 24 unreservedly.

The crew started just before 7am on a Tuesday prepping the roof for a new one and prepping the house for paint. Siding had to be replaced and all of the facia and most of the trim.1week later new metal roof and painting is complete. Just gutters and rain barrels and finishing touches on the back deck and drainage system still have to get done. Otherwise job is done and my house has never looked so good!. These men are amazing and I love the results! Thanks so much for allowing me to work with Ram24 Construction.

We used Venice Ramirez of Ram 24 construction for a kitchen remodel. I had waited a long time to put granite in my kitchen worrying that I would have to change my travertine backsplash ! Vince contacted me right away and walked me through the process of picking a piece of granite that was the right colors and fit for my kitchen! They did not damage the backsplash while removing the old countertops !!! I was thrilled ! The installation was easy and the outcome was so BEAUTIFUL ! The crew were professional and neat and clean. Any time we had a question Vince returned our calls right away working closely with us to make sure everything was done ! Vince works hard to make his customers happy and it works I would highly recommend him ! Thank you Vince we have gotten so many compliments on the granite!!

The roofs on my property were destroyed with a hail storm. I received several quotes from contracts including Vince Ramirez. I ended up awarding the work to Vince. It was a wonderful experience. My roofs were replaced in the course of a few days. I paid a little more because Vince had to travel to rural New Mexico. Yet, it was well worth it, my roof is fixed, and I am at ease. A lot of my neighbors are still waiting or suing the contractors they used. I was leaving during the time of the roof being completed, but I recall Vince buying my mom a dinner and taking it to the house. What a kind thing to do! I had a wonderful experience overall and I recommend Vince and his company to anyone who needs a roof repaired or redone.

This was a major repair that encompassed better than fifty feet on contiguous damage with multiple areas of adjacent damage. I would absolutely recommend Vince and his team for any construction project. They did a large remodel for our home which included in the kitchen, new granite counter tops, installation of new appliances, refinishing cabinets, tile backsplashes, installation of new sinks and faucets. And in the bathrooms they retiled the floors, showers and added granite countertops, along with installation of new toilets and fixtures. They also remodeled two fireplaces - one with stacked stone and one with tile. They retiled the entire home with Saltillo tile. The pattern with the different sized tiles is beautiful and their work was flawless. After they finished the home remodel, they also installed a new roof for us. Each of Vince's team members took great pride in their work and were expert in their craft. They were neat, clean, courteous and very focused on their work. It was a large change for us, and Vince took great time to walk us through options on tile, granite, etc. We have recommended them to several of our friends. We highly recommend them for all types of remodel projects.
