A word about pricing,If you are considering building or remodeling your existing home,you undoubtedly are aware that 2021 saw enormous increases in everything related to home building and costs continue to rise.
As of today ,December 22,2021 lumber prices have advanced 16% since September with no end in sight.
While we never will provide a estimate based on price per square foot ,our guidance to Austin area Custom Home customers is to expect to budget at least $300.00 and up per sq.ft. for new construction not including land and financing costs.
