Raully Jones Construction

Now specializing in the Design and Building of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADU), in Marin County. If you have been thinking about this type of project, now is time to act. Marin County recently modified standards and application review procedures by further relaxing local rules even more to align with recent new state laws.

ADUs will now be permitted in multifamily and mixed-use zoning districts either through conversion of non-livable spaces or through construction of detached ADUs. This past February another modification to local rules allowing one ADU and one JADU per single-family lot. without the need for a discretionary permit under certain conditions.

We have expanded our service and now offer a “one stop shop” by adding the option of pre-construction consultation, design, plan drawing and permit expediting services along with the construction of your ADU/JADU project.
