• New Multi-family projects that include private streets, wet and dry utility systems, storm drainage systems,
fire line/hydrants and some public improvements including adding traffic lanes and streetlights.
• Remodels including replacing or converting windows, siding and stucco through additions and including ground up projects.

Commercial Projects:
• Complete exterior re-habs and additions to new construction.
• Tenant Improvements including office space, retail, medical offices and restaurants.
• Structural upgrades and repairs.
• ADA accessibility requirements from restrooms to sales counters.

Site Compliance:
• ADA parking and path of travel requirements.
• Site specific parking and traffic requirements.
• Storm drain and rain water runoff solutions.
