  ray built me my dream home for way under budget his men where the best finish carpenters i have ever seen when i seen his home i knew i had to have him build mine its over 4000 square ft. everything was done to the tee works always explain what there plans were for the day and hardely ever took breaks ray took very good care of me (raf jr. from revere)

  Run from the gates of hell. Ray promised a modular home he never finished and over ran time and budget. His workers are not finished carpenters despite Ray telling you so. They are con men who promise and dont deliver. We were left with crooked walls, leaks in ceiling, cabinets we did not order. And people who told us what we wanted. Very disrespectful workers who took breaks every 20 minutes and smoked in the house while hanging insulation. We were polite and they told us who could come and go. Stay away from this builder. He tried to charge 5000 for a deck he never built, 5000 for materials never purchased. And charged for supervision and he never showed up on the job. Please stay away if you dont want to be robbed. The people they hire are drug addicts and bring people onto your property and they tell you they can do what they want. Be aware.

  Ray took us to the cleaners. He was charging 112.50 an hour for two below average carpenters to build a modular home. He was trying to charge 5,260 for a back porch he never put on, he never answers the phone, he made a front hallway wall crooked and does not plan to correct. It is a modular home he built w a company out of PA he is in cahoots with. He charges for supvesion when no workers showed up, he changes the plan to suit his wants, ordered cheap materials and when questioned does not answer nor does the modular home people. He hires drug addicts that he says has worked with him for 40 years. And he never honors his work or finishes the job. He will not talk to you after the money dries up.

  Yeah,he screwed us in the 1990's. My family never got over it. The houses (yes houses) he worked on for us all needed to have contractors come in and fix his mess. We just wanted him and his failed company out of our lives.

  Raymond J Peveri is a thief and a con artist! We hired him to put a second story on our ranch home. Upon hiring him, he sounded so convincing, and he made us feel like we were going to get a great product at a reasonable price. Wow, we were wrong! He stole $40,000 from me and my family! Everything that he did was 100% wrong and had to be redone on my dime to the sum of $38,000. I would need to write a novel to describe all the shoddy work that he did! He hired an unlicensed electrician whose work had to be completely ripped out and rewired for an additional $13,000! The worst part is that he put my wife and kids in harms way! Don't be fooled like we were because he is a liar and a crook! Raymond J. Peveri should be put in jail! It is a complete disgrace that he continues to remodel homes and steal from people.

  Raymond J Peveri owes me $35,000.00 in cash for a house he never built. He also owes me $22,000.00 to replace a faulty foundation that he put up (the only actual work he did do). He also owes me $26,000.00 that he was paid to put up that foundation. The only reason I wasn't paid was the bankruptcy that he declared. I was only one of 14 people that he screwed (that I know of) all of whom filed papers fighting his bankruptcy. Look up Massachusetts Court cases for Ray Peveri, he been sued by multiple people....if look at Florida court cases, even his own Lawyer sued him for non-payment down there. Don't trust any rating from the Better Business Bureau, I did and lost. He'll just start a new business and register it with BBB. His standard ploys are to take money and drag out jobs for years (literally), switch what you order for something less or, as in my case, get as much as possible then abandon the job. If you give this thief your money you will be screwed. Ask him about Stoneybrook Village in Lynn, Ma.
