Teaching them models of quality, integrety, communications & craftsmanship. Their first 2 years, they worked as sub-contractors for several reputable deck companies, averaging 30 projects a year.
Prior to working at the Deck Superstore, Ray was a cabinet maker/furniture builder. Carrying this same attention to detail into deck building, they have gained many very satisfied customers.
