We are a husband and wife owned local company located in Auburn WA. All work is done by Roger who has over 30 years experience in the home improvement industry. We use employees, no day laborers. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. In full compliance with all Washington State requirements and current on workers compensation premiums.
Why is this important to you? Companies that are NOT licensed, bonded and insured open the home owner up to no available recourse in the event that the job goes bad. If a non licensed company does more damage to your home there is no option for you the home owner to get help and corrections from an insurance company or from the bonding company.
If work on your home is done by a company that is NOT current nor legally hire employees and someone hurts themselves while at your home, that person can be allowed to use your home owners insurance to cover medical bills and fee's related to their injury.
It is important to do your research as the home owner to make sure that you are covered by the company you hire.
