Re Connors Construction Ltd

Absolutely the worst service around. I have been months, in fact nearly a year, trying to get poor quality fence latches replaced through Lowe's and Conners and I am still waiting for the project to be complete. The don't show up when they are suppose to, the called me a lier saying they did the job and had video to prove it when the current latch was locked and I still have the unopened replacement latches in my possession. I do not even want this company on my property after all the lies. Don't let Re Conner's install through Lowe's for you.

Order $16,000 fence and paid for through Lowe's in March 2024. It is end of September and still not complete. Working with Conners Construction (through Lowe's) has been a nightmare. Fence is halfway done. It is not level and some fencing was damaged and they installed it anyway. Property has been marked by utilities several times. Conners keeps rescheduling. Ordered beautiful fence and expensive. However, it looks a mess. It's not level or straight. Two guys who showed up would only work about 3 hours and quit for the day. One guy looked about 80. The neighbors were worried he was going to have a heart attack. Still waiting for them to complete the installation. I feel the yahoos that Conner's subcontracted the project to had no experience and didn't know what they were doing. From now on I will order materials from Lowe's but hire my own contractor.

Considering my brand new privacy fence gate fell down a month after it was installed, my experience has been pretty crappy. I've tried contacting the manager they finally had come out to look at it multiple times with no response. Lowe's has ordered incorrect parts. Lowe's doesn't seem to know what is going on, they don't seem to communicate with the contractor, and the contractor just doesn't care. Fence went up in November, its February & the gate is still laying on the ground - meanwhile, its been paid for in full. Stinking ridiculous. Never, ever again. RE Connors - I would love to be able to update this review and improve it -- -almost as much as I would love to have a functional gate!

My wife and I just had a new replacement fence completed. Matt and Nick did a terrific job. Very professional, on time and left no mess for me to clean up.
It was a big job and they worked tirelessly both days. The first day they worked in the pouring rain. We could not believe how much they were able to accomplish in that first day.
The property is far from "nice and flat" instead the terrain is very uneven. I was concerned that the fence would not look level. Matt and Nick worked their magic and it came out perfectly.
When Matt first arrived we walked the property to see the lay out. I had originally wanted to have the new fence installed in the same fashion as the original fence was. Matt assessed the area and came up with an alternative lay out that I agreed to. It was a complete "Home Run" of an idea.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing construction completed on their property.
A note to the owners of this company, Matt and Nick deserve a raise. :-)

We recently had a privacy fence installed in our back yard and were very pleased with the result. Levy and his workers were assigned to this project and proved to be very pleasant, efficient and well skilled in their work. We highly recommend Levy and this company!

804 W Strub Rd. They finished a connection section across the rear of my property. From start to finish I was kept in the loop, well tuned group of carpenters. Cleaned the job site when they finished, what a great company. professional and very easy to work with, thank you. This was a Lowe's job and I am very happy.

Charles absolutely went the extra mile....the extra ten miles! He insisted on adding a third support for our 5ft privacy fence. When our contractor refused to bring the last 10 posts to finish the fence he purchased and cut them himself, he'll be reimbursed by his company, but come on, that is a personal commitment to doing his best on every job!! Oh and did I mention that he stayed and finished up by the light of his truck's headlights? Our fence is lovely and he even gave us specific instructions on staining and maintaining it. If I could give him more stars I would!

Very sloppy work by this company sub contracted by Lowes. Never will we use Lowes or RE Connor Construction again. Rushed through the install of a fence, left massive rocks near the posts. They dug up gravel near our patio and just left it where we were trying to grow grass. They came back to remedy the first complaint, (after we were told they would come back on one day and didn’t come back until 12:30 the following day)and they weren’t even here 30mins and left. I Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The owner Tom tells you one thing and the tech does something completely different. Avoid this company

We recently had a deck installed and we couldn’t be more pleased!! We felt the installer put the same attention to detail that he would if it was his own deck. We HIGHLY recommend REConnors construction for deck installation and look forward to using their services for upcoming projects. Thank you again for our AMAZING deck!

I chose R E Conners to build a Fence for my new Home because Jordan listened to what I needed and answered all of my questions, he was professional and personable and knowledgeable!
He is a asset to this company! Charley and Dave were the crew who came to build it and oh what a great job they did I am so pleased with it! They also were very informative and friendly and a great team, they certainly know what they are doing! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a fence!! Thank you to all Three!

I had a portion of my fence replaced on 10/5, the installers that came out were awesome. Brody, Casey, and Anthony worked well together and had fun doing it. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Very patient and helpful. There was a little hiccup and I appreciated that they were honest about it and reported it to get it resolved. All was resolved within an hour or two. Due to the long day, came back early the next morning to wrap up. I will for sure ask to have these three back when I do the remaining portion of the fence replacement.

The crew that came out was awesome. Personable, hard-working and always extremely professional. My fence looks fantastic!!!

VERY disappointed with the job they did at my house, two weeks ago they put up a fence in my backyard, the fence is not level 100% on top of that they did not put enough cement in the posts, I ended up digging the hole once again to put more cement, I spent more money after paying Lowe's $4000 for the fence. be careful if you go with Lowe's when getting a new fence. from 1 to 10 I give these people 2.

I had signed up with Lowe's for the remainder of my privacy fence project. REC Construction actually came out to my residence to perform the install and I could not be more please with the final result. Jon and crew were very personable and got the job done. LOOKS GREAT!! GREAT JOB!!

He was never around to see this job through and if he did stop by he had his kid with him, the guys he had working for him, didn't have the right equipment to even build a deck it was a nightmare, LOWES took $2500.00 off $6600.00 we paid but now it's falling apart, we called lowes they said they called tom and he said 1 year warranty. It's craftsmanship not wear and tare, it wasn't put together right in the first place, my husband leaned against banister and almost fell 6 feet to the ground. We will call 6 on your side. Tom Connors is a joke as a builder.
