Realty Capital Management Construction
Since its founding in 1987, Realty Capital Management has managed the development of nearly 200 projects across Texas and Colorado, with assets exceeding $5 billion. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, the firm operates throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and manages land holdings of around 2,000 acres for commercial and residential use. Realty Capital specializes in the development and investment of multi-family, single-family, mixed-use, retail, professional office, and medical properties, along with large-scale master-planned residential communities. Managed by directors Richard Myers, Jimmy Archie, and Tim Coltart, the employee-owned firm partners with industry leaders such as Hillwood Residential and Stoneleigh Companies. Realty Capital Management currently oversees more than 40 development projects and targets regions with strong trends in population, employment, and income growth throughout Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida.
