Steve Wiggins, founder and President of Regency Custom Homes, feels that his education coupled with his field experience enable him to guarantee quality craftsmanship for his clients. Upon receiving his Construction Engineering degree from Arizona State University, Steve supervised the construction of over 350 homes in the Phoenix area before becoming the Purchasing Manager of one of the country’s largest builders. His experience in dealing with projects of massive proportions serve him well in the detail oriented market of high-end custom homes. Steve’s true passion for home building keeps Regency on the cutting edge of design trends and construction technologies.
