Great, honest, timely service. I felt comfortable having Elmer and his apprentice in my home. They were forthright, cleanly, open about pricing and my home warrenty, and generally delightful! I especially appreciate the time they took to educate me about what they were doing, as a first time home buyer, it's important to have this knowledge!
As a side note, Elmer and his coworker are so polite, both to the customer and to each other. How refreshing!!!!
