Paul Potempa is the owner of Renovate Park City, LLC. Paul has been working as a builder and contractor since 1990 working on new home builds in the suburbs of Chicago. Paul moved to Park City in 2003 and started working with local general contractors. Paul started Renovate Park City in 2005 and has been working on various remodels, home additions and complete custom home builds. Paul has aligned himself with some of the best sub-contractors in Park City, Heber and Salt Lake City, which enables him to be flexible with various jobs and allows him to provide affordable and fair pricing no matter what level or how complicated the job.
