    It’s few and far between that I will post about services or product, yet alone critique them, but our roofing experience has been completely awful! Almost 90 days since permits were done. It has been 30 days since the roof was started. What we were told was a two days job, took 6 days because they did the first layers of materials without replacing the 4x6 wood pieces. So they had to remove the material and replace the wood and lay the material back down before the metal. Parts of the new metal roof were done wrong or not finished off in multiple places and an entire flat roof was installed incorrectly. We paid for a pitch roof and it came out flat per a level, had multiple waves with a dips in the middle and toward the house. Workers would leave for 4+ hours per day. Some days they came back some they did not. Nails, metal shavings and roofing material pieces were left all around the yard and driveway that we had to clean up. Pictures were provided and the owner came out said he would make it all right and give us back $500 for the inconvenience. It has taken over three weeks to get them back out for the corrections due to supply issue which was understandable. Today the flat roof was removed and reinstalled. Unfortunately, it was done the same way with no graduated pitch per level from the house to edge, waves from side to side and dips in the middle where water collected after the rain. None of the repairs to the metal roof were touched. And the remaining mess in the gutters and lanai were not cleaned up as promised, also haven’t received credit. Unfortunately by the time I got back from picking up my daughter from school, the entire crew was gone. Pictures were sent to the owner of the company. His response was I need to get a second and third opinion and that it passed picture inspections but he will not be tearing off the roof again to fix. Wait? What? Come to find out from the city the flat roof. They submitted it after the fact. City building inspector involved now. Roof has been red tagged. The product we were sold has not been provided. Absolute worst construction experience to date. I do not recommend this company at this time and will be happy to update this review if and when this is resolved.

    Roof Replacement

    As a past business owner, I do not like posting a negative review. I can overlook many things but, in this situation, it's the total sum of issues for this rating. I will not tell anyone not to hire this company, that's a decision people have to make. As to me I would not hire them again for the following reasons.
    1. I was told the dump trailer would be at my house at 7;00 am. I was up at
    6;30 am moving my car out of the garage and clearing my driveway for it.
    the dumpster did not arrive until 9;00 am. The dumpster is owned by the
    company.
    2. The roof was completed in less than a day in a half. (Very happy with
    that.) But it took the company two and a half days to remove the dumpster
    from my driveway after the job was completed, with failed promises to
    get it out of my driveway. Which kept me from access to my garage.
    3. The company failed to remove nails out of my gutters after the job being
    completed. The first rain washed all the nails out of the gutters, down the
    down spouts pushing nails down my driveway and also into my grass.
    4. I texted the company with photos of all the nails, not as a complaint but as
    a suggestion that the crew double check the gutters for nails at the end of
    each job.
    5. I paid 1/2 of the total price as a down payment with the understanding I
    would pay the balance when the county inspector signed off final
    inspection.
    When one of the owners came to move the dumpster trailer out of my
    driveway I asked if the county signed off the inspection. I was told yes all
    was good. Being a man of my word, I paid the balance of the bill.
    6. I don't want to say I was lied to. You be the judge. on the 24th I was told the
    county passed the job. But that was not true. I was home when the county
    came to my home on the 27th to do final inspection and signed off.
    7. And last, I did not even get a courtesy call back after I sent photos and the
    suggestion they double check the gutters for nails when done.

    As I said I could overlook some of these issues as a past business owner, but as a total sum I would not hire them again
