Never checked in on sub contractors work. Left to manage project on our own. Bailed at end 80% done. His regular crew are a part of the scam. They will come back and say they can help finish the job for pay bc they don’t work for him anymore. Scammers!

For all of you homeowners in TN, be advised, Rivermark Builders has chosen to abandon multiple jobs in Ohio where the business was based. Our project, a large kitchen renovation (over $100k), active since September 2024, remains unfinished. No active work since February 2025. Brad has not returned over 120 phone calls, emails, text messages or inquiries on their website. This is despite the fact that they have been paid upfront accordingly. The excuses of why they cannot work are unexplained and their apathy is something no family should have to deal with. The quality of the work is solid, but the business operation is substantially poor and falls squarely on Brad. There has been a choice to leave town and go to Tennessee to seemingly start over. It is probably because bridges are burned and they are running away to avoid responsibility.
