I hired Roach Home Improvement for siding only both right side of garage and house. I contacted them because my neighbor lady recommended them and they got so many good reviews. To be honest, they did amazing job on my siding. They got done in two days even in a cold winter day. That day which was Friday, they replaced my chimney cap as well. The following day I got a roof leaking problem. I called them the next Monday morning, they came and checked on it. A week later I got sent the estimate to fix the damage without even giving me telling me what caused the damage. When I called them, the manger had one of his associates to put some caulk temporarily to prevent from more damages, but he did not come do that. No called, no showed. The ceiling damages was worse than ever before because it rained all night that night. Due to their lack and bad communication, I ended up getting a big hole in my ceiling. As Roach is a big company, they are only interested and cared for big projects renovation aka big check. They do not seem to care and have time for a small project like mine even though they just did my home siding. If you have a big project to replace, repair such as home siding, roof replace, Roach is the company that you should consider for. However for the smaller repair, an urgent problem to fix, I would go for a smaller company that will come fix within a couple days. That was exactly I did.
