We are a licensed Architectural firm in the state of Missouri and have worked in the fields of architecture, design, construction and real estate since 1985. Over the past thirty five plus years we have designed and detailed hundreds of projects in all sectors of architecture including schools and entire school campuses, churches, hotels, automotive dealerships, office buildings, medical facilities, government offices, fire stations, various commercial projects, condominiums, historical renovations, low income housing and single family residences up to 12,000 square feet. We have managed projects with budgets ranging from several thousand dollars to fifty two million dollars. Construction documents for commercial projects have included as many as 175 sheets of drawings including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. Projects of this size require a great deal of coordination between the architect and respective structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers and consultants. The average residential set of construction documents consists of approximately twenty to thirty sheets of drawings and includes architectural plans, site plans, structural plans, details, schedules, specifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. We have designed, detailed and provided construction documents, construction administration and field supervision for commercial buildings as well as single and multi-family residences. We have provided consultation services and construction documents for historical projects which require structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or ADA upgrades due to deterioration to the structure. Some of the renovation projects I have been involved with required upgrades due to code compliance or change of use requirements but it was imperative that only certain aspects of their construction changed so that they could remain on the National Historic Register. I hold a Florida contractors license. I have built and supervised many projects throughout my career. Not only am we familiar with the design phase of construction but also the actual work in the field that is required to bring a building to life. I continue to partner projects as an architect and private contractor with other architects and engineers. Chris Lambert P.E. of Lambert Engineering, Sikeston, MO and I have designed numerous projects where I am responsible for the architectural portion of the project and Lambert Engineering serves as the engineer of record or serves as a consultant on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural portions of the project as needed.
