    Concrete
    $17,000

    Would not recommend Robert. Cuts corners and does not stand behind his concrete work. Now I have a major liability of a tripping hazard with concrete raised in multiple spots up to 1.5” compared to the city sidewalk and neighbors due to poor workmanship. Concrete began curling on the corners, crazing, and have excessive amount of cracks (see attached pictures) soon after concrete was poured. Did research once I began noticing the problems and concrete was not properly taken care of by Robert after being poured. Concrete cured to fast and unevenly due to inadequate watering the couple weeks after the pour by Robert. Nothing was conveyed to me by Robert on how to properly take care of concrete. It was too late once I figured it out. He received full payment the day of pour (my mistake) and that was good enough for him instead of a quality product. Asked Robert why I have so many cracks, he stated some are off corners even though he gave no insight during process on where to place control joints to prevent this. I gave Robert the opportunity to make things right but he had an excuse for everything and tried to point blame at me even though he’s the “professional”.
