Roche Harbor Resort Construction
Roche Harbor Resort serves as a gateway to the San Juan Islands from its waterfront location in Friday Harbor, WA. Spread across 2,000 acres with over 2,000 feet of coastline, the resort offers access to a range of Pacific Northwest experiences, including whale watching, sea kayaking, hiking, and waterfront dining. Roche Harbor provides a selection of more than 85 accommodations, from luxury suites to vacation homes, as well as 50 lodging options within the resort. The property is known for its wedding and special event venues and received recognition in 2025 as the “Best Venue in Washington” and “Best Resort Venue” by Washington Wedding Day. Guests have access to resort amenities, three waterfront restaurants serving seafood and regional cuisine, and activities for both families and couples. The site’s history dates back 137 years and features a blend of modern comforts with the character of its historic mining town origins.
