Rock Roofing and Siding replaced my roof. It leaked the first time it rained and a few weeks later Richie returned with the subcontractor and they caulked the area. This had no effect and the roof continued to leak. At this point Richie stopped returning my calls and text messages for the next nine months until I filed a Better Business Bureau report. He then came back and tried to caulk the roof again. I finally brought in another contractor that found that the skylight was improperly flashed and that the entire back side of the house would need to be removed and repaired at the cost of $4,500. The flooring in my back room also needs to be replaced due to water damage after more than a year and a half of waiting for Rock Roofing and Siding to fix the problem. Richie is a nice guy to talk to but he is a dishonest businessman that refuses to stand behind his work. Stay away!
