Rognlins Construction
Founded in the late 1950s by Wayne and Emery Rognlin, Rognlin’s, Inc. is a third-generation general contractor based in Aberdeen, Washington. The company began with residential construction, building more than 150 homes throughout Grays Harbor County. Over time, Rognlin’s expanded its project scope to include condominiums, hotels, and community buildings in the growing Ocean Shores area. The contractor self-performs a range of work and provides industrial contracting services to clients such as Weyerhaeuser Timber Company and Simpson Timber Company around the Olympic Peninsula. Rognlin’s capabilities also cover earthwork, underground utility projects, heavy civil road and bridge construction, and marine construction. Additionally, the firm has undertaken water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and dam projects. With a strong geographic presence in Thurston County, Lewis County, and throughout Washington, Rognlin’s completes approximately 75% of its work on public projects. Current ownership includes Randy Rognlin, Nick Rognlin, Katie Snodgrass, and Brian Thompson, representing the second and third generations of the family business.
