We retired, downsized, and built a rancher in StoneyBrook with hopes of “living in place”. Contracts, construction, etc. were easy and we built a beautiful quality home. Kevin Bollinger was great as the the construction manager and easy to deal with. We had a few small issues with nail pops, and a crack and he took care of them and fixed them promptly. This is the second house we have built and this was a pleasant experience start to finish. They are quality builders and their employees / subs are experienced and conscientious.
