Ron Merle Custom Homes
Ron Merle is a premier Syracuse custom home builder that has built over 800 homes during his career. His vast knowledge and experience began when he purchased HT Merle Builders from his father many years ago. Ron enjoyed working side by side with his dad appreciating the extensive training and guidance his father had to offer. Ron on what his father started, while continuing to keep their client’s interest as a top priority. According to Ron, “we use upscale products in all phases of construction” and “we’re always working on keeping costs down, but we’re not going to sacrifice our standards of quality to do it. To do that would be to ignore a commitment to our customers and to ourselves.”
Ron has developed communities such as Cranes Watch, Emerald Cove, and River Mist. He was also principle builders in communities such as Radisson, Seneca Estates, and countless others around Syracuse. Currently, one of Ron’s passions is in designing and expanding the Whispering Oaks II community in Baldwinsville, NY. Whispering Oaks II is in a great location and will boast spectacular 2 story and ranch style custom homes. Ron is also building in Longview at Radisson and Brittany Hills.
