This permit is for work originally done in 2015 on permit number 2015 213475 000 00 et the work was completed in 2015 by myself but no access was ever allowed for inspection. the original permit was for replacing and existing 100 amp split buss panel with a new 100 amp main breaker panel with grounding and bonding to code

Inspect a circuit extension of two receptacles done previously on a homeowners permit that was covered without inspection. the work that is visible appears to be to code and polarity tests properly

Install feeder to new outbuilding with sub-panel and 4 circuits for lighting receptacles and heat

Install new meter main with ground rods near transformer pad 100 feet from house sub panel in house basement with sub feed in conduit supplied and installed by others

Panel change with grounding and bonding to code. panel in garage ground rods right side of house existing water bond at water heater

New 200 amp service wire a 3 story addition (kitchen dining room master bedroom bonus room rear exterior). we will install a new meter/main and convert existing panel to sub-panel. adding one new circuit for prep sink disposal all other circuits existing from previous remodel

Install two ground rods to replace abandoned water pipe panel in garage rods below meter water bond under laundry sink gas bond near furnace

Reconnect of furnace and heat pump

This is being required by cc soils dept. they want a permit for a septic system that was original to the house and installed in 1996 as is visible on the panel cover with approved label. this was a whole house permit and would not have had a separate permit for the septic system. please inform soils that this was not required and should be refunded this work which i observed looks don... see more
