We believe the best ideas evolve through an engaging, collaborative process with our clients and team. Our desire is to create the spaces our clients imagine, to help breathe form to their vision and shape to their dreams, resulting in unique and lasting artistic architecture.

We utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create 3d visualizations drawings and construction documents. This process allows us to explore various design ideas and helps our clients easily visualize outcomes. This results in a solid, well-coordinated construction document before construction, allowing us to deliver accurate early pricing, and pre-test energy performance.

We are constantly engaged in not only what we build but, how we build. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality projects to our clients. For some clients and some projects that mean utilizing our recommended list of regional contractors, but often as a licensed Colorado General Contracting firm, we can deliver the highest quality project to our clients by utilizing our trusted network of regional sub-contractors and utilizing our in-house Construction Management expertise. In either approach, you can expect Root to be there for the entire process and lead projects with the whole picture of design, function, cost, and time in mind.

ROOT believes that good design and sustainable design are one in the same. A building approach that utilizes good solar orientation, natural passive design, and partners with the landscape (rather than fighting against it) tends to yield the most efficient and elegant results. We strive to be thoughtful in each component of building.
