We are enjoying our new kitchen and bathrooms. Rotem and his team were professional and friendly. Hadas helped us with the design and materials. We couldn't have done it without her. Very happy with the remodeling!

Background: We initiated a kitchen remodel during the latter half of the pandemic. What was initially estimated as a 6-8wk process turned into a 10-month ‘death march’. Constant delays associated with cabinetry, appliances and a window. In each case, product was received wrong or damaged requiring a painful ‘negotiation’ with the supplier and return process. In many cases, it seemed the tried and true concept of ‘customer service’ was lost on these providers.
Not so with Aldy Builders! Aldy was not ‘behind’ us, rather, in front of us leading the discussion and driving to a solution. As the project continued to meet delays due to replacement cabinets or appliances, Aldy did everything they could to continue to make progress. Sending a team over for a few hours work while waiting on product. This was not economical for Aldy and, most certainly, was not budgeted.
We can’t imagine going through such an experience without Aldy on our ‘side’. Aldy Builders are simply, STELLAR.

After meeting with several reputable contractors, we decided to work with Aldy Builders and are very pleased with our decision. In early 2020 we took on a full house remodel as well as adding a bathroom to our ADU. My husband and I are very picky and detailed oriented people and Rotem and Hadas truly exceeded our expectations. They were easy to work with and are excellent communicators. We were worried about taking on such a big endeavor, but they made it easy for us and were 100% committed to the project. Hadas and I worked closely to execute my design vision and she was able to give us helpful suggestions to tackle tricky design elements. As with all construction projects, there were some unexpected challenges but Rotem and his team handled it with ease. They were always able to come up with creative solutions and kept us in close communication. If you are looking for a general contractor who has integrity and values their clients you should contact Aldy Builders. We had broken concrete under carpet in a small area of a second floor condo unit. Rotem from Aldy Builders was proactive and quick to respond to my inquiry. Throughout the entire process, he was very responsive through both text message and email. Our HOA had several additional document requests, and Rotem went out of his way to provide them. During his on site inspection, Rotem suggested several plans that would address the problem and was genuinely thinking on behave of the client. During the repair process, Rotem was accommodating with respect to scheduling around my limitations and when I can be home. His team did an excellent job adding support to the subfloor, leveling the new concrete, and finishing the surface tiles. They even helped change an out dated electrical outlet in the same space. Since this is a small project in a limited area, I am especially appreciative of Rotem supplying me with tiles and baseboards for free. Therefore, I highly recommend Aldy Builders.

Rotem and his team remodeled almost our whole house. We started with bathrooms, and slowly added up a full kitchen remodel, AC installation, and painting/cosmetic updates to the other rooms in the house. We had to live through the whole process, some of it was during the pandemic, and while that was difficult, Rotem and his team were always courteous, safe, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. His wife Hadas helped us make some critical decisions for the kitchen design, and we are very happy with the cabinet company that she recommended. All of the rooms in our house look beautiful. Rotem made sure that every little detail is done as we wanted it, and everyone on his team was always available to help. Rotem communicates very clearly, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We enjoyed working with him so much we passed his info along to our relatives in SF and we highly recommend working with him!

Rotem Aldy, was very detaiedl about what needed to be done on the first day we met and e-mailed me a detailed estimate the next day. His price was within range with other prices I got (but all vervbal]). Becaise he gave me written estimate we had no problem increasing the price when the painter found out I had dry rot on the facia board in the back of the house he did not consider in his original estimated price. Because I liked the way he treated me., I had him replace my bathroom floor. and additional dry rot he?we found.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! After a terrible remodel experience in the past Rotem and his team were the best thing that's ever happened to me!!! I was nervous about starting another remodel but a bathroom leak forced us into a project. They were so honest with their budget and timeline estimates, and their attention to detail was phenomenal. On top of everything they even have an interior designer to help select the finishes. I can't wait to start my next project, something I never thought I would say! Thank you Aldy Builders!

I would absolutely recommend Rotem/Aldy Builders. Rotem and his team remodeled both of our bathrooms completely, including moving sewer, water and electrical. Not only are they gorgeous, they are super functional as well. We were so pleased we asked Rotem to come back and replace our shower doors, install ceilings over our exposed beams and put in lighting, smoothed all the walls and painted. All of the work was done exceptionally well. Rotem also referred a roofer to us to do some work and we ended up having the roof replaced, and even though Rotem had no part in that situation he came by to make sure things were going well. We have had very good experiences with his crew, they are very polite, clean up after themselves, make sure they shut the gates so my dog doesn't get out, etc. I cannot recommend them enough, we will be having Aldy Builders tear out our kitchen shortly!

Being a first time remodeler and having no experience at this, choosing the right contractor for the job was my first challenge. I had many interviews with several contractors to choose from and my gut said to give the job to Aldy Builders. My decision was based on what I sensed about there honesty, professionalism, organization, workmanship from previous jobs, commitment to customer satisfaction and the go the extra mile attitude! I'm so glad I chose Aldy Builders!! My remodeled kitchen turned out even better than I could imagine. People have commented that my kitchen looks like a showroom model kitchen.. Its just beautiful and I'm very happy with the end result. Being a chef, my expectations of the outcome were very high and Aldy Builders hit the mark! So, for those of you searching for a contractor who can provide many contracting services, pays attention to details and quality of work, commitment to getting the job done right in a timely fashion, organized, continuous communications and a team of professional and very friendly staff, I highly recommend Aldy Builders. It was a great experience with Rotem and his team. They responded in timely manner with honest estimates and great advices. We did a whole house renovation with Aldy Builders including city permits, open kitchen, new laundry room, bathroom renovation, wall insulation, electricity and plumbing work. Basically we remodel the whole house (2 stories & 5 rooms) and they completed the job within 4 months with great services.

Rotem met with us several times to define the work of scope and his team also took us shopping finish materials to make sure we are getting reasonable deals. They have good sense of design and provided many good advice to help us make the house more comfortable, safer, and kids friendly. His team is on job site every single day from morning to afternoon with no absence since day one to our moving day. Our neighbors are all very impressed! He also provided us weekly status update with personal visits to make sure we feel comfortable through every step. When we wanted to make changes or had issues/questions, Rotem always responded fast and was always willing to solve the problem as soon as possible (even on weekends or late nights!).

We got the entire house done within 4 months. The team also came back couple times for any follow up concerns or questions we had. Everyone was very impressed about their hard work, efficiency, and professionalism. I highly recommend Aldy Builders (and actually many neighbors and friends are already asking).

We contacted with Aldy builders to remodel our master bathroom, including installation of a walk-in shower and tile throughout, new vanities , toilets and etc.

The work involved structural changes ,We had to knock down walls, remove closets, add bathrooms, convert an old bathroom into one suite which meant knocking through walls, re-plumbing and building new walls.

after receiving bids from four contractors we have decided to go with Aldy Builders , although it was not the lowest bid.
Now when the remodeling is done I can say for sure - it was worth it !

Rotem was very professional and responsive , also offered excellent advice .
Soon after our first meeting he submitted a detailed estimate and meet with us again to go over it in person , answered all our questions or concerns.

We signed the contract, 3 days later Rotem and his team began to work. They were always accommodating and professional, keeping the place clean and organized .
Most inspections pass on the first time and even when we had corrections it was minor ,solved fast and properly managed

Rotem always had our best interests in mind and never tried to have us add more work than what was necessary.

It was a very good experience, communication was effective, works were done on schedule, there was attention to details and client wished all the time in a very professional environment.

So far we had our first meeting and Rotem Aldy's communication and organizational skills are beyond Professional. We love that he runs a family (He and his Wife) Business and understanding our luck with other Contractors was quick to show all pieces of ID, Certifications, etc, without our asking. He took a predicament that could possibly scare other contractors away and helped us understand some options we might still have. Tomorrow morning we meet a second time with the City in hopes of fixing some issues and Fingers Crossed... Are able to do business with Rotem Aldy.
