Hello people! I had Reliable Patio building me a sunroom outside my sliding doors from my house living room to my house backyard. After 8 years it is still perfectly attached to the roof with no leaks. I have just hired them again to build another Patio and pavers, you need to understand it takes time with permits and workers of course will leave a bit of mess, it is constructions after all, I asked politely to clean and they did. Honest people. Expect back and forward calls that's just the process with permits and scheduling things, any constructions job I did it take some patience, regardless of the contractors.

After 7+ months of waiting for for trellis. I had to call into thier office to find out whats taking so long. I was informed their plans were rejected by the city and they were at a stand still. I asked, if the project could proceed and was told only if I talked to the city to resolve the issue. ????. frustrasted with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism by this company. I decided it was time to end this relation and asked for my deposit back snce they could not deliver. They came back and said they would provide a refund but would be keep around 84% of my deposit. This company is one you should stay far away from, their business practices are shady, they are unprofessional are only focused on revenue not quality service and and good product.

Roy Smith installed retractable screens over a year ago. Recently, one of the screens stalled and separated from the track. Roy's team came out on short notice and performed the repair. Excellent follow up service. Very glad we chose this company for our screens.

It was the worst experience dealing with the owner Steve that claims he is always out of state! He is so nasty and rude when you get to the end of the job. He didn't pass inspection and left a hole for 6 weeks outside my door. He put it in writing that he would finish the travertine around the hole since he held up my patio and pool but refused later. He demanded his final check or he would put a lien on my house even though he didn't finish the travertine around his post. He keeps sending nasty emails even after I asked him not to bother me anymore! He got his money and I had to hire another company to finish his job. Watch out he is not professional in any way! I feel sorry for his employees! He uses subs to do the work.

The owner Steve is extremely rude once he receives the job. He speaks disrespectful especially to women and doesn’t follow through on promises. His workers leave a mess and pavers were done shoddy and sinking in. Although product is good would not recommend you use this company due to terrible customer service from the owner.

We were happy with the work that we received on our new added patio. We will highly recommend them too any one that ask. Even doing covid they did an amazing job. One downfall we are waiting for a leak to be repaired. Hope that happens very soon. R. Noralus

This company assured me that I had hoa in a new structure. They refused to fix it or even provide a receipt. I have to tear down their porch and it cost a fortune.

I highly recommend Roy Smith Screens & Shutters! We were in need of a huge screen enclosure and this company came highly recommended. Everything was done quickly and professionally with absolutely no complaint. When the job was complete the entire area was cleaned. The workers actually removed the few screws that fell into the pooI. There was nothing left for us to do but enjoy our pool patio. I am amazed at how the screen enclosure turned out and highly recommend this company!!

We had reliable come out and quote us for a new aluminum patio roof. Our existing roof was approximately 15+ years old and it was time for replacement. After receiving multiple bids, we found Reliable to be the most competitive for what they offered. Most importantly, our project estimator Nick insisted on doing the job right and provided a detailed timeline of how the work would proceed and what to expect.
We hit a small snag when we located some problem issues in our main roof that needed to be addressed by a roofer, however once I had those issues corrected Reliable was back out promptly to finish the job and worked into the evening to complete the work. Communication throughout the process was superb and everything promised was delivered. Please consider Reliable for your patio needs.

My wife and I built a pool at our new home and we contracted with Roy Smith Screens and Shutters to design, manufacture and install a rather large pool enclosure. It was without question one of the best decisions we made during the entire process.
The company was easy to work with. They were extremely accommodating. The product is excellent and the installation was done quickly, professionally and with great care. The craftsmen who did the installation were respectful of our property which was not the case with all of the contractors we engaged and the end result is beautiful, robust and of high quality. And oh by the way, the price was very competitive. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be attended to and they were taken care of quickly and with great care. This company did everything they promised, exactly as promised and with zero drama. I would recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of their services. I do not give 5 star ratings too often, but this rating was completely deserved.

We had “Reliable”do a roofed screen enclosure on our home. It leaked from the outset and despite numerous visits by workmen over the first six months (squirting tubes of sealants) the roof is still leaking. They stopped returning my calls . I have spent hundreds of dollars hiring others to try to find & stop,the leaks but no success. Stay away from this company !

This is a terrible contractor to work with. It has been over six month since I signed a contract with them and they have NOT even started construction. They wanted me to sign the permit application without allowing me to see the plans they were submitting to the City. They now continue to hold my deposit and have not returned it to me. Avoid at all cost.
