Ms. Farkas designs and builds each home as if she would live in it herself. In order to achieve superior quality, she does not hire supervisors. She oversees daily job operations, working with each craftsman and customer individually. Attention to detail, quality and service are rooted into each home Sage West Development creates.

Sage West has select lots available, 4 acre parcels in Babocomari, commercial land in high traffic location and will build to suit. Construction financing is available.
