Eric holds degrees in business and construction management, but it’s his years in college athletics as a student manager and in a professional capacity that honed his skills in organization, mobilization, setting expectations, and hitting a schedule when there’s no room for error. Being in a team environment taught him so much about life and success – and that it takes everybody to win. It shows in the way he operates his business today, assembling a team of experienced trade partners who bring their utmost pride to the project.
When you meet Eric, you understand how passionate he is about fine home building. Eric has always been enamored with architecture, design, and detailing and insists that Saint Andrews Homes is constantly evolving with market trends and proven building technologies.
He appreciates guiding homeowners through the design process and selections because that’s when lifetime relationships are forged.

Raised with one foot in Maryland and one foot in North Carolina, Eric and his wife have chosen to make their home in Chatham County, where he can trace his family back six generations. When he’s not on the jobsite, you’ll find him cooking and entertaining. Otherwise, he’s watching football, at a lacrosse game, or hanging out with the family dog, Buddy.
