Great experience with Sal Plumbing! I found them online, called them on Sunday morning to have someone come over for a slow draining kitchen sink. The earliest they could schedule an appointment was for Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment, and the plumber that will arrive at my house will be Michael, and updates on when he would be arriving. Michael showed up Monday a little after 9am. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He did a great job, was very quick and thorough. My sink is fixed and I’m happy! Highly recommend!

This was my first time hiring a plumbing service, and it turned out my water heater was severely leaking backwards into a corner so I couldn’t see it. I’m glad I had Sal Plumbing & rooter come because they were able to disconnect my old water heater and install a new one all in the same day of just my initial estimate visit. Michael went above and beyond to protect my stairs. Michael worked all day and was so considerate and helpful as well as communicative of his process throughout the whole day. I will only be using this company from now on!

My 10 years old kitchen faucet sprung a leak; ordered the replacement cartridge and proceeded to replace the faulty part. No go. I was unable to break free from the brass nut holding the cartridge in. I then called Sal plumbing for help as I didn’t want to damage the stainless steel finish on the fixture. Michael arrived, tried to remove the stuck part, and even removed the fixture from the sink to get better leverage. He proceeded to soak the threads with penetrating fluid. He decided that a 1-1/4" deep socket and an impact driver would be the next step, so Michael left to get the tools needed. A few quick triggers on the tool broke the fitting loose and parts were replaced, although there were some incorrect parts supplied with the new cartridge, so we re-used the one that was previously stuck. All was put back together again, but the water flow was very poor. Michael identified the back flow preventer had an obstruction in it and removed the defective O-ring and reconnected the part to the hose. All in all, a straightforward job, but a difficult one; Michael persevered and got the job done! Best part: NO LEAKS!

Our rental house had an emergency plumbing problem this morning. I am very happy with Sal Plumbing and Rooter! They worked yesterday at my house and they did a great work. I had to call them in order to come over and clean all the drains at the house because the water flow was too slow and i didn't know what to do. When they arrived to the house, they first checked all the problems and they worked for 3 hours making sure that this problem will not appear soon.

I Hired Sal Plumbing to do several plumbing services at my house. The largest task was to clean the main pipe of the house and to make sure that it will not overflow again. the other task was to remove completely the existing water tank and to install an up to date tankless system that will help me save money and water. The service that i got was top notch and i am very happy that i got their information from one of my friends who used them recently and he was very happy with them as well.

I hired Sal Plumbing to come over as soon as possible and to unclogged the kitchen drain. It was later afternoon when I planned for dinner to my guests. When I called, I spoke to the office and after I explained them what was the problem, the lady at the office dispatched to my house within 1 hour a technician that came over and fixed the problem. The clogged was too massive that he recommended me to run a video camera inside the drain and to make sure that it is all clean. The work took close to 2 hours but at the end the problem was fixed and I am very happy with the work they did and mainly the nice service and price that I got. I highly recommend Sal Plumbing and Rooter.

Excellent service and super fast while honesty and costumer service ARE the main priority! We hired them recently to replace our sewer line from our house all the way to the city main sewer. The work needed to be done because some cracks that happened due to many roots that got into the sewer.
The estimate for the work was VERY reasonable and fair. The first time that they arrived, they run a camera to check and see if some parts of the sewer can be saved but at the end, it was better (for the long run) to just take it all out and install new one.
The main thing that we appreciate and valued was that they didn't leave the house BEFORE the entire area where they dig, was covered and washed. We strongly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing project.
