    We met Salva Construction approximately 2006. They worked on many of our residential rehab projects in the Baltimore area. They also did routine maintenance on our rental portfolio. Always courteous, reasonable and willing to get the job done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

    $180,000

    I will never refer him to anyone he did not want to pull permits, his crew was drunk on location numerous times, he cause a foundation wall to collapse due to his negligence then requested I pay for it. When requested to make necessary corrections according to our contract he just stop showing up for work for 3 weeks. So I had to get my attorney involved. He received a termination letter and a request to remove "his personal belongings from the property" in 24 hours. Well after 48 hours I changed the locks, boarded up the windows, and posted up no trespassing signs. I went back a day later and notice someone broke in the property and and stole all of "my" building material the neighbors "Nest Camera" across the street notice his vehicle and crew stealing the material from my property. I called the police and now this company will be facing, Damage to property, Destruction of Property, Breaking and entering, Burglary, grand larceny, trespassing, along with a host of other charges. Now I am out of more the 40k Including building material and a few broken window. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

    There are too many discrepancies in this story to even reply to. I've been in this business for more than 18 years and I have many fantastic customer reviews. Eventually you run into someone who tries to take advantage of you and not pay for work already completed. Then they go out and tell lies for their own benefit.
