Santa Cruz Design + Build (formerly A D Construction) is a premier remodeling contractor that specializes in renovating homes throughout Santa Cruz county and surrounding areas. We are a husband and wife team dedicated to remodeling beautiful, functional spaces. Our primary goal is to create a cohesive, organized remodeling process for our clients that fits within their budget. We strive to make the design process inspirational and the construction process a stress-free, exciting experience. We offer both design + build packages or construction only packages, depending on your needs. We are a full service general building contractor offering a wide array of construction services, including kitchen remodeling, green building, bathroom remodeling, additions, whole home renovations, custom decks and woodworking and any creative endeavor that might inspire us or our clients.
We have been using our creative vision and quality craftsmanship throughout Santa Cruz since 2000 to craft beautiful homes and spaces. We surround ourselves with a dedicated, talented group of employees, subcontractors and vendors that strive to infuse every project with their special talent and skill.
