Bob works closely with the architects, engineers, and designers to help construct the best plan to meet the clients’ needs. Because of the commitment to staying within the budget, Bob is always brainstorming ways to save the client’s money. “There are a hundred and one ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality”, he states.
Attention to detail is an integral part of Saratoga Builders approach. Each job proposal includes a detailed explanation of the scope of the work. He is dedicated to making the construction process as easy as possible by providing a calendar for each client. This helps to insure that the client knows when certain decisions need to be made such as choosing cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. Bob meet with his clients regularly to review the progress of the job and discuss open issues.
