SAVI CONSTRUCTION [ SAVI ] fka City Plan Development, Inc is a general contractor in the State of Nevada since 1995 providing services for the construction management and general contracting of capital projects, renovation and alteration work. The projects executed have been varied in character and sizes, ranging from high/low rise residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal buildings, as well as heavy multi-disciplinary civil construction projects. It is our intent to continue to offer comprehensive services, integrating current technological innovation where practical.
SAVI establishes a productive work environment by acting as liaison with owners, architects, fellow engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers. An excellent reputation has been gained for the ability to offer competitive pricing, meet deadlines yet still provide quality workmanship.
