General contractor specializing in smaller remodel projects that demand high attention to detail and high end finishes. Emphasis on painting and lacquering (spray finishes), but also superb at doing small framing projects involving drywall, paint and finish carpentry. Much of the work I do myself and I am always on site when work is being done. Licensed since 2001, excellent referals and majority of work in high end neighborhoods. Last 6 years I have worked almost exclusively in Malibu, either as a carpenter, painter, project manager or General Contractor during certain phases of projects. I subcontract plumbing, Electrical & all other trades that require specialty licensing. Personalized service for custom jobs. Typically the size of the project does not matter, I will tackle full remodels but also do handyman work.
