Seascape Homes Llc

A father and son team, began in 1997 by building seven luxury homes on family-owned land on Lake Sammamish in Bellevue, WA.

The two progressed to multi-family townhome development in Seattle. Such projects include Franklin Gate, Lombard Place, SeaGate City Homes, Trolley Hill, Copper Beach Luxury Townhomes, SeaMont Bay Homes, SeaRidge View Homes, SeaPorte Townhomes and The Chelsea Square Executive Townhomes.
